Assembling Your Culture Guidebook
A new program designed to help you craft your employee brand story and create the culture you desire.

Assembling Your Culture Guidebook is about bringing clarity to the aspects of your business that have the most meaning to your employees. We want to help you attract and keep your best employees by building a more desireable corporate culture.
what to expect.
Through a series of 90-minute work sessions, we will assemble your culture guidebook. Each meeting has been carefully designed to pull out the beliefs and stories that are unique to your organization. Together, we will write your organization’s vision story, define your What-How-Why and map key culture identifiers. We will also key in on your values and use them to build the employee journey.
In the end, your guidebook will include:
- A detailed vision story
- Vignettes of your values-in-action
- Key culture identifiers
- A map of your employee journey
- An onboarding guide for new hires
Client testimonial

Assembling Your Culture Guidebook
Working together one-on-one we will map the unique elements of your corporate culture and begin assembling a guidebook that you can use to help attract and retain your best talent.
Here's a look at each of our five work sessions:
- Session 1: Vision and Values: This meeting is all about clarity. Our work will center around the organization’s mission, vision and values and the reason the company was formed.
- Session 2: Culture in Action: During this meeting, we will gather as a team to discuss the company’s culture and the activities and attributes that are unique to the organization.
- Session 3: The Employee Journey: The purpose of this meeting is to map out the beliefs and actions that guide the employee journey from recruiting and onboarding to recognition and performance.
- Session 4: Systems of Accountability: In this collaborative session, we will look at executive and team accountability. We will also outline future opportunities and potential threats to the culture.
- Session 5: A Final Review: Our final meeting will be an opportunity to review the final Culture Guidebook and to lay out the best ways to share it with the team.
