Welcome to Alignd On Purpose
A consulting firm helping business owners define their purpose and align their organization around it.
In 2016, I quit my executive job in communications and marketing to pursue entreprenership. Six months later, I realized I didn’t have a clear picture of what I offered and who I served. My purpose wasn't clear. So, I hit pause and got to work.
I discovered a wave of business leaders who were passionate about serving their customers and changing the world. Brands that talked the talk and walked the walk. This changed everything for me. I discovered the value of brand purpose, the gift of purposeful leadership and the magic that occurs when an organization is aligned around their purpose. These beliefs now guide my work everyday.
Every business should have a purpose greater than profit alone.
Purpose-first companies need a purpose-first leader.
Knowing your story isn’t enough; you need to put it into practice.
Brand purpose builds a connection between your people and your process.
Alignd was formed to help organizations get clear about what they do and why do it. Over time, we realized that becoming a purposeful business means knowing your purpose and using it to inspire your people and guide your processes.
So, we charted the path purpose takes through an organization and created the Alignd 5 C's. These steps guide our approach to uncovering your purpose, assembling the right training and building a reputation for good.
However, as our work evolved, so did our purpose. Today our purpose is much broader than what we do for our clients.
Our purpose is to make purpose-driven business feel more attainable to more leaders by sharing our experiences, our knowledge and our ideas. This drives us to keep learning, evolving and sharing.
