After nearly two-decades helping companies craft and tell their stories, we've learned three key steps to building an Alignd business: knowing your purpose, weaving it through the entire organization, and sharing it with others. So, we built three unique offerings to meet you wherever you are in your purpose journey.
1. Purpose Statement + MVV
Using a proven 360 degree discovery process, we help companies peel back the layers to identify their purpose. We combine the attitudes and beliefs of your company’s leaders, employees and customers with trend data, surveys and best practices to uncover your unique reason for being. This process usually occurs over six to eight weeks and concludes with a concise statement of purpose and an updated Mission, Vision + Values (MVV), if needed.
2. Team + Manager Training
Experts are now saying the best measure of your success building a purposeful business is how well it works its way through the entire organization. Therefore, investing in training your employees on the company’s purpose may be one of the most effective, yet easily overlooked, ways to build a more purposeful business. Our mid-level manager training is intentionally designed to: garner buy-in, elicit broader understanding, spark 'Alignd' thinking and foster personal accountability.
3. Reputation Management
If a tree falls in the forest and no one is there, does it make a sound? The same applies to organizations who aren’t communicating their purpose. Becoming a purposeful business means building a reputation as a purposeful business. Leveraging almost two decades of marketing and communications experience, we’re here to help you tell your story. Following an audit of existing touch points, we will craft a strategic reputation roadmap. We will pull from a host of marketing communications tools to help you share your purpose and find and tell stories that demonstrate your commitment to it.
