The Alignd Business is 12-week collaborative approach to defining your purpose and turning it into meaningful action. Ideal for founders and small business leaders, this is a roll-up-your-sleeves approach to designing a more purposeful and impactful business. My goal is to help you clarify your message, streamline your sales and marketing efforts and design changes that drive impact.
Participants are invited to six, one-on-one virtual work sessions. Each meeting will focus on a specific step in the Alignd process and result in key deliverables. Our goal is to provide you with tangible and useful results at each step of the process. Following each work session, we will have developed working documents that bring clarity to your purpose, identify where to find like-minded customers and how to use your purpose to develop engaging content and make key decisions.

Are you having a tough time keeping up with everything and need another set of arms and legs? Are you struggling to create new leads? We created the Virtual Chief Marketing Officer experience for you. We will help you identify the pain points and see how we can help you streamline your marketing efforts and take on some of the projects you just can't find time to tackle. Looking for leads? AOP Work Sessions
Designed for business owners and executives, AOP Work Sessions follow our seven steps to alignment framework to help you align your business around its purpose. Our goal is to help you lean into your brand purpose, evaluate what does and doesn't align with your purpose, and then create opportunities to build greater accountability. Each work session will be an intentional deep dive into specific areas of the business with the goal to evaluate whether the people/processes are in line with your brand purpose. We will document 'your way' to ensure greater consistency and build accountability. The process will be guided by areas of greatest need but often include: onboarding, recruiting, sales, client experience, exit strategy, employee/customer communications and/or employee recognition.
